Riot Girls

Woodcuts based on the early 90s Riot Grrrls, underground feminist movement a part of third wave feminism. Riot Grrr bands addressed issues such as rape, domestic abuse, sexuality, racism, patriarchy and female empowerment. These woodcuts depict womend doing what they want, when they want.
